Our Response to COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Colonial Kennels will follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines in providing care for our furry friends during this time. Our
top priority is the health and safety of our guests and staff. Our current safety procedures include offering curbside pickup and dropoff. If you are sick or think you may have been exposed, follow CDC guidelines and please let us
know as soon as possible.

What are we doing?
At Colonial Kennels we have been developing a protocol to operate safely during and after the pandemic. The amount of people in the office is limited by curbside drop-off and pick-up for daycare. For boarding, we are only doing drop-offs inside and are acting quickly with one family member inside at one time. Most of our boarding pick-ups are outside since people may be returning from out of state. We ask that anyone coming down the driveway call to let us know they are outside, and we will let you know whether we want you to come into the office or if we can work with you curbside. If you have any health concerns, we can accept payments over the phone and make any special accommodations you may need. If you are interested in what your pet is up to you can check out our Instagram, where we try to post daily. Additionally, we have air purifiers in certain rooms that help remove viruses and other pathogens from the air.
